Healing from Narcissistic Abuse
The original title of this book was Let the Light Shine Through Your Deepest Wounds. While the published title changed during the publishing process, the heart of the book never did.
It has always been about discovering that even our most painful experiences can become a doorway to greater self-awareness, courage, and the freedom to reclaim our lives.
I wrote it to transform one of the most challenging experiences of my life into something that could help others feel less alone, make sense of what they have been through, and begin rebuilding trust in themselves.
Combining personal stories, psychological insight, and practical exercises, the book explores narcissistic abuse, codependency, insecure attachment, people-pleasing, and the journey towards greater self-awareness, self-trust, and agency.
RELENTLESS: Not Your Usual Book Launch
To celebrate the release of my book, I created RELENTLESS, an immersive book launch presented in Spain and Malta.
Rather than a traditional book launch, RELENTLESS featured readings from the book followed by a carefully curated setlist of songs that mirrored the themes of my journey, guiding the audience from trauma to triumph.
The experience reflected my multidisciplinary approach, featuring live singing, literature, and thought-provoking conversation.
